How to fix a slouch exercise?

If you have good posture and no one has ever said to you : "Do not slouch , straighten your back! " - Do not think that you can’t read the article further. Today we continue our series of articles on posture , namely, today we will touch on the position of the upper back and shoulders. Correction stoop - stoop to exercise:

  1. Stand before the mirror.  Starting position: right thigh in the position, and the foot parallel to each other, one foot slightly in front of the other.  Keep your back loose, do not try to straighten it and straighten your shoulders back.  Notice, in what position are your shoulders and back.
